Restore App, LLC (ReStore) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The purpose of this policy is to explain how Restore handles the collection and use of information collected on ReStore digital properties it maintains and operates, including, but not limited to, its websites and mobile applications, as well as through our offline collection of information in connection with sales, marketing, partner and supplier engagement.

This policy applies to everyone, including all employees, customers, potential customers, guests, agents, independent contractors and others ("User(s)" or "you"), who uses, accesses or otherwise employs ReStore's digital properties or otherwise provides us with their personal information.

Information and data we collect
ReStore collects information and data from you through our interactions with you and through our products and services. You provide some of this information and we get some of it by collecting data about your use of our products and services. The data we collect depends in part upon the type of interaction we have with you and the choices you make. You have choices when it comes to the information and data you share. You have the right to decline when we ask you to provide personal data. In order to obtain certain of our products and services, you will be required to provide some personal data. If you choose not to provide the requested personal data, you will be unable to obtain the product or service. Similarly, when we need to collect personal information from you in order to complete a transaction, and you choose to not provide the information, we will not be able to enter into the transaction with you.

In order to access some ReStore information, you will be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password, which we refer to as your credentials. By signing in on one ReStore site, you may be automatically signed into other ReStore sites. As part of creating your credentials, you may also be requested to provide questions and secret answers, which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password, as well as an alternate email address.

On some ReStore digital properties we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information such as your e-mail address, name, address, telephone number and/or credit card information. We may collect information about your visit, including the information you provide when establishing an account and/or placing an order with us, details of transactions you enter into with us, information you provide when you report a problem with our digital properties, your correspondence with us, pages you view, the links you click, and other actions taken in connection with ReStore digital properties. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website you visit, the time spent on those pages, language, access times and referring website addresses.

When you receive newsletters or promotional e-mail from ReStore, we may use web beacons, customized links or similar technologies to determine whether the e-mail has been opened and which links you click in order to provide you more focused e-mail communications or other information.

In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with Restore, information collected through one ReStore site may be combined with information obtained through other ReStore sites. We may also supplement the information we collect with information obtained from other companies.

Use of your personal information
ReStore collects and uses your personal information to carry out transactions with you, provide our products and services to you, market our products and services to you, allow you to participate in interactive features of our products and services and communicate with you through various media. We may use the information to send certain communications such as emails, letters, event reminders and information on Restore business transactions and personnel, and/or transaction-related data.
